Pro / The product family

A distinct job for every device.

Control, observation and dispensing have different requirements. The family keeps those roles explicit so you can evaluate the hardware that fits the service question.

Commercial design illustration. Screen readings are simulated; the enclosure and electronics are being developed together.

Smart thermostat

Cordwick Ease

A considered thermostat design with large readings, direct adjustments, and clear explanations when your system needs attention.

Current scope
Seven HVAC relay channels, with independent control and display processors in the new integrated design. Power, physical fit and equipment compatibility remain under review.

CAD rendering of Cordwick Signal with a clean front, status light and underside service button
CAD rendering of the first-article enclosure design. Physical assembly and field testing are still pending.

HVAC health monitor

Cordwick Signal

HVAC monitoring in development to give service professionals a clearer record of equipment calls, temperatures and changes in electrical load.

Current scope
Seven isolated call channels, two air probes and one current-transformer input. Current firmware samples locally; remote delivery remains in development.

CAD rendering of the Cordwick Signal enclosure shared with the Cordwick Catch condensate drain kit; external water sensor not shown
Shared Signal enclosure design. Physical testing is pending; the separate water-level sensor and installation harness are not shown.

Condensate drain monitor

Cordwick Catch

Dedicated condensate water-level monitoring in development, used alongside independent HVAC overflow protection.

Current scope
A dedicated float or isolated contact feeds the Signal through a protected external 24 VAC loop. Keep the separate equipment safety circuit intact.

CAD design study for Cordwick Renew with a removable reservoir cover
Commercial CAD design study. Pump integration, fluid compatibility, dosing and physical performance are still being validated.

Refillable drain care system

Cordwick Renew

A refillable condensate drain-care appliance in development, with a reusable removable reservoir and no proprietary cartridge authentication.

Current scope
A reusable removable reservoir, peristaltic pump and local interlocks. New control software covers partial refills and retained dose limits. Physical integration, calibrated dosing and treatment performance remain unproven.
