Cordwick for professionals
Better context. Better conversations.
You know the equipment. You know the homeowner. Cordwick is being developed to bring more useful system observations into that relationship.
Start with the hardware: local control on the wall, sensing at the air handler and a distinct role for condensate. Then build the service workflow around what the evidence can actually tell you.

Designed around the trade
Useful signals, with a person in the loop.
A call state, air temperature or contact change can support a service decision. It takes equipment knowledge to interpret those observations. Our service model is being designed around that judgment, with the contractor remaining the point of contact.
Remote event delivery and contractor notifications are still in development. The current Signal build samples locally; it is not a deployed alerting service.

Choose the right role
Four distinct roles across control, sensing and dispensing.
- 03

Discuss a future evaluation and the systems you maintain.
Clear responsibilities
Control, sensing and dispensing each have a place.
Ease is being designed for local HVAC control with separate control and display electronics. Signal observes equipment signals. Catch adds dedicated water-level monitoring. Renew brings a reusable, owner-refillable reservoir to the new drain-care design.
Drain products do not replace the equipment’s independent overflow safety switch. Commercial hardware, calibrated dosing and field performance remain in development.
