Useful answers
Before you get in touch.
Can I buy or install a device now?
Cordwick is in prototype development. Field availability and pricing have not been announced. You can register homeowner interest or discuss a future evaluation as a contractor.
Does the service button contact my contractor?
The current Signal firmware samples locally. Its button is not a confirmed remote service-request path, and network delivery remains in development. Contact your contractor directly when you need service.
Where are the installation instructions?
A prototype evaluation uses the build and test instructions supplied for that exact hardware revision. General product pages explain roles and design; they are not a substitute for the revision-matched wiring procedure.
What should I include in a prototype question?
Name the product and hardware revision, describe the equipment and tell us what you observed. Keep private homeowner information out of the public interest form.
The equipment’s safety switch keeps its own job.
Catch drain monitoring and Renew refillable drain care do not replace an independent overflow shutoff. Keep the equipment’s safety devices installed and functioning.

A question about a future evaluation?
Homeowners can register interest. Contractors can use the pilot form to describe the equipment and test scope they have in mind.
