Cordwick Catch · Condensate drain monitor · in development

A closer watch
on the water.

Dedicated condensate water-level monitoring in development, used alongside independent HVAC overflow protection.

NOT A SHUTOFF. Keep the equipment's independent overflow protection in place.

Attention to condensate

A condensate event deserves a clear record. Catch adds a dedicated float or isolated contact to the monitoring system, so water has its own observation point.

01

A dedicated input

The monitoring connection is intended for a separate water-level float or isolated contact. Sensor choice and placement must match the installation.

02

An understandable event

The product is being developed to distinguish a current observation from missing or outdated information. No message alone proves a drain is clear.

03

Keep protection in place

Catch is NOT A SHUTOFF. The HVAC equipment's independent overflow protection remains in its specified configuration.

Where the design stands.

Local monitoring electronics are available as bench prototypes. The complete commercial kit, installation details, field testing and connected notifications are still in development.

Good questions.

Does Catch replace my float switch?

No. Catch is NOT A SHUTOFF. It observes a dedicated water-level input while the equipment's independent protective switch remains in place.

Will Catch prevent water damage?

No such guarantee has been established. Sensor location, protective devices, installation, maintenance and response all matter; the product is still in development.

What if I have a backup now?

Arrange HVAC service for an active water or drainage problem. Cordwick product-interest forms do not dispatch an emergency technician.
