Cordwick Care Plan
Care between visits. Built around your contractor.
A maintenance relationship should make your system easier to look after. The proposed Care Plan brings equipment observations into that relationship, with the company that services your home helping interpret what they mean.

Between maintenance visits
Useful context for the next conversation.
The intended service connects device observations with contractor review and a clear explanation for the homeowner. A temperature trend or a changed contact state can become a question to investigate, alongside the equipment’s service history.
A person stays part of the decision.
The aim is a service relationship with useful information, rather than another dashboard for you to manage. Your contractor would decide how observations fit their maintenance work and when a conversation is needed.
Monitoring does not replace routine maintenance, an equipment safety device or a direct service call when something is wrong.
Current stage
A service concept in development.
The hardware is in first-article preparation, and the current Signal firmware acquires data locally. End-to-end reporting and the full contractor workflow still need development and qualification. No Care Plan subscription, pricing or service availability is announced.
