What we collect

Only what you type into the lead form: your name, your email, your ZIP code, and — if you choose to add them — a phone number, a company, and a message. The form asks for a conversation, not an account.

The one cookie

This site sets a single cookie, and it remembers one thing: which side of it you were reading — homeowner or contractor. It holds no personal data, it never leaves this site, and it expires 180 days after you set it. Clear your cookies and it is gone.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for 24 months, then delete it. That is the same promise the form itself makes under its submit button — the two are written to stay identical, and this page is where the detail lives.

If you ask us to delete what you sent before then, we will, and we will confirm it is gone.

What we never handle

Safe evidence refs instead of raw customer, Wi-Fi, payment, or device-secret data.

We do not sell what you send, and we do not share it beyond the conversation you asked for.
