Cordwick Renew
Refill it.
Keep it.
A drain-care appliance designed around a reusable reservoir. The choice of a compatible treatment stays with you.
- 01
Your reservoir. Your choice.
No proprietary cartridge, bottle chip, or paid refill unlock. Fluid suitability depends on the drain, tubing, and treatment instructions.
- 02
Made to come out.
A removable bottle for filling and cleaning away from the appliance, with room to handle the cap and tubing.
- 03
Care for what you keep.
Replaceable pump tubing and access to the wet area are part of the design, so routine service has a place from the beginning.
Cordwick Ease
A clear answer.
A simple touch.
The temperature now. The temperature you want. What the system is doing. A considered display puts everyday decisions within easy reach.
- Large readings and direct temperature controls.
- Clear explanations when the system needs attention.
- Separate indications for Wi-Fi and equipment connection.
Try the screen study here. Its readings and equipment response are simulated.

Cordwick Signal + Cordwick Catch
There is more
behind the air.
Calls for cooling. Air temperatures. Changes in electrical load. Signal is being developed to bring equipment observations into a more useful service picture. Catch adds a dedicated water-level contact.
The current electronics read signals locally. Remote alerts and contractor notifications are still in development.
Look beyond the thermostatEnclosure design render. Catch is NOT A SHUTOFF; independent HVAC overflow protection stays in place.
Start with what
you are noticing.
A backed-up drain, a stopped AC, or water on the floor deserves a useful answer now.
Why does my AC drain keep clogging?
What to look for, what to tell your contractor, and why routine care starts with a clear drain.
The float switch tripped. Now what?
Understand what a float switch can tell you and why bypassing it misses the problem.
Water around the air handler?
The useful first observations, possible causes, and when to get help.
